Tamar Lawrence Doula

Tamar is a warm, experienced birth and postnatal doula offering calm, continuous support before, during and after birth across South East London, including Lewisham, Greenwich, Dulwich and Croydon. She's trained in hypnobirthing, biomechanics for birth and aromatherapy, and is known for her reassuring, non-judgemental presence. She also offers reflexology and a shared-care option with a second doula.
